Wednesday Ride with Sams

It was a good day; clocked in 25 miles in the beautifull bay with
gorgeous people everywhere; i need to ease back on the
tong kat lit i'm taking.

I plan to publish the list of ingredients soon of nutrional
supplements...

The ride can be summed up in that we discussed
the quote..

"average people discuss people, above average minds
discuss events, extraordinary people discuss ideas."

Gifts - S.F. hearts and Stars

Here are some samples for a Japanese fundraiser

New Living Expo

Well this weekend was a bit tough on the training... i took one for the team as my front tire was lodged in the track coming back from the new life expo and had a spill with a bag full of hummus and chips...  I look at it like a christening; can't do a long ride without a christening and i'm gratefull that my hip and hands are just bruised really bad; kind of a bitch though.  A psychic ( marilyn Harper from Branson, MO) summoned archangel Michael, Gabriel, Urial, Raphael, Master Jesus, Lord Buddha, and Saint Germaine to help heal the pain which helped out.
The big take away from the weekend was meeting Dr. Theresa Dale and her assistant Rhonda who dialed everyone in on homeopathic radiation and enlightened me to proper detoxification; gots to do the colon, blood, liver, kidneys at the same time.  I also came across some further healing modalities to work on with friends with HIV.  Also turn that damn cell phone off; whoa, these little buggers aren't really that clean and safe to begin with, i had no idea but now i know why i don't really like talking on it...

Train Day - Saturday

Spent the day training on Sadie (my 1100 cc Honda Shadow), sometimes we have to ride
all the bikes.  Went to the Living Expo and saw Dannion Brinkley talk, amazing, mini
ride to GG Bridge today and getting ready for tomorrow.  Trying to get the nutrition
going for the ride, going to see Theresa Dale talk about hormones today and a balanced
program for the ride.

Art for japan

Godbless the Japanese these days.  Not only do they have a reactor that's about to
blow but seismic activity that's off the chain up and down the coast, creating
plastic streets in Tokyo.
At any rate, here's some sumi brush originals i put together and am going
to hit the embarcadaro later on today; gorgeous one by the way...

Monday train day

blasted to golds gym for my comp membership for a sauna; quickly
learned straight men don't belong in that location around 7 in the p.m.
as i was frequently greeted with the huantingly lonely stare in the sauna.
A little bit of harbin in the city if you will.  Ride ended up
grand as i bombed the big hill in the bayview next to JJ's (get them
shrimps) restaurant...

getting stronger by the day...

The Simple Rider finishes first training round

65 miles and 19 cliff bars later we crossed the line for a pasta dinner.

Big wake up call for the journey down south...   in the saddle

manana for mas fun... let the games begin
